If selling is this easy in the states, count me in. This dude only says what he can offer and don’t have a clue what the customer want’s. Okey it’s important what you want (okey now were talking)….. He selling immediatly! WHY? Because he can not sale. A sales professional always starts with questions (rule no 1) (okey now were talking) Good, What do you think about the news lately? answer or what do you mean = conversation!, become friends and close that deal! Good luck!

well yes/no questions are good only for probing questions and tie-downs.. getting your customer to get used to saying yes seriously increases your close rate…

“and thats what your looking for right?” its a yes or no, but you know their going to say yes, theyve just agreed that what you have is what they want…

but he used it as a close, which is horrible.. what he should have said is

” Are you using visa or mastercard today?”
    or as you said
“whats the address were sending this to

never ask yes/no question in a sales call…. be assumptive. instead of saying “do you want to buy it?” i’d rather say “would you provide me your address so we can deliver YOUR new great suscription starting tomorrow?”
